Compression resistance: If the Solar Stud Light is not able to withstand a particular amount of pressure, it will be easily shattered and consequently unable to function normally when the automobile is pressed or struck. As a result, compressive performance is a prerequisite for Solar Stud Light to operate normally. However, the Solar Stud Light itself is an electronic device and has electronic components, which is the problem. Providing electronic components with a higher level of pressure resistance is in fact a difficult undertaking. As a result, the pressure resistance of Solar Stud Light is often higher than that of regular Road Stud.
The Ministry of Transport’s current technical standard is 10 tons. There are several ways to successfully increase the pressure resistance of Solar Stud Lights: one is to use PC bulletproof materials for the exposed solar panels in order to increase the pressure resistance of electronic components; another is to use IC control as much as possible in order to reduce the volume of electronic circuits and reduce the pressure on the electronic part; the third is to design some reinforcement ribs on the shell in order to share the pressure on the electronic part.
